Psi Talents

In order to use Psionics, the character must have 3 things:

  1. Psionics must be part of their High Concept
  2. The character must have the Psionic skill above zero
  3. The character must take one or more stunts that specify the specific talents they posess

The talents are:

  • Telepathy
  • Remote Viewing
  • Post Cognition
  • Pre Cognition
  • Wild Talent
  • Empathy
  • Telekinesis
  • Pyrokinesis
  • Cryokinesis
  • Psi Linking
  • Healing
  • Self Control
  • Mind Control
  • Spectralkinesis
  • Psi Shielding
  • Psi Tap
  • Attack
  • Leech
  • Teleport
  • Mind Transfer

Telepathy
Mind-to-mind communication over a distance. Usual difficulty is the target’s Will, but characters may allow the Telepath access, so the difficulty is 0. Range is one mile, unless the Telepath has established a Lock on the target (by creating a Lock aspect).
